Embracing Change


Change is the only constant and sometimes we want things to change and other times not. Either way we encounter resistance. What if you could gain new insight and clarity around change? Not only seeing the beauty when change occurs but acting on your dreams. This is a 24 day program with three steps per day. Each day you watch a short video for encouragement and further clues. Next, you answer questions and journal. I need to open and ease your mind. Then you listen to the guided meditation. This is an important step, this is where I work with your heart. When you listen to the meditation each day this will deepen the work to embrace change. The meditation is about ten minutes long.
