All hypnosis is really self hypnosis, as you are fully present and aware. You feel good and soooo relaxed as I gently ease you to the theta brainwave state, the state right before you fall asleep.

 

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is similar to a past life regression as we will explore different lives, then we connect with your inner being or spirit guides. All you have to do is keep an open mind, allow it to unfold. We are always being guided by our inner beings and what is shown to you is for greater understanding and clarity for this life.
