This Life Matters.
Before I was connected to my guides, I was living my life as the good girl. I excelled and people pleasing. I avoided conflict like the plague and would do anything to keep the peace. If someone was upset then I was upset. I felt everyone's fear.. I didn't know what an empath was. I was told that I was highly sensitive but no one showed me how to manage my own feelings. I learned to shut down my own emotions and only allowed positive emotions to be expressed. I did not want to be like my mother who was angry all the time. And then I dived into the logic mind. It was where I could remain calm and triage any problem. I became such a good listener, to help resolve any issue. And yet ...my body was sending me messages that I completely ignored.​
